Imagine a restaurant that is so technologically advanced and forward-thinking it’s more of a tech company than a counter-service food provider. That is what we are bringing to market. The Chinese food is amazing, but a lot of restaurants have great food. The difference is the ownership team, who for a decade, has created a synergy of user experience for their customers, drivers, and back-of-the-house staff. All while successfully serving an unprecedented 12-mile radius in a community that is growing like crazy.
During the restaurant “lock-downs” of 2020, this restaurant had a mature delivery, marketing, internal metrics, and communication system already in place. The results were so positive they were incomparable to what the rest of the industry was experiencing.
“What about 3rd party app delivery entrants?” Heard!
Orders from 3rd party delivery apps such as Eat Street©, Grub Hub©, Uber-eats©, Door Dash©, and Favor© are funneled through their current system and delivery control is throttled by restaurant management on the fly.
So, if you have a heart for hard work and a passion for the industry but are looking for systems and processes deployed with technologies that create an efficient customer-satisfying money machine during unprecedented times for an industry? Then look no further.
