Dale was raised on a Midwestern dairy farm and knows the value of diligence, perseverance, and hard
work. He has carried these traits into his banking and real estate career.

He holds a Master of Business Administration with High Honors from Golden Gate University in San
Francisco and an undergraduate degree in Finance as top graduate in his class. His banking career spanned over 30 years including roles as a Senior Credit Officer, Bank President, and
Regional Director for a national banking company.

He has held real estate broker licenses in California, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico dating back over
45 years. His real estate expertise has been gained through closing an estimated $750 million in real
estate transactions of all property types.

Dale and his family reside in Fredericksburg, Texas. He is active in many community organizations
including volunteer roles on a local and district level for Rotary International as well as board positions in
charitable organizations.

He is a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam era.

Dale brings a unique blend of extensive education and experience in banking, real estate, and business
analysis to his role in assisting buyers and sellers of businesses in Texas.
