This popular facility is home to over 1000 different creatures and 200 species, holds 70,000 gallons of water, and sits on a 1.5-acre space. The day-to-day operations of the aquarium are handled by the management staff, allowing for the possibility of remote or absentee ownership. The staff is comprised of experts who maintain all the necessary equipment, aquarists that handle the wildlife care, and managers for the retail, admissions, and marketing needs.
This water wonderland offers something for everyone to enjoy and brings in customers from a wide region consistently. The Aquarium offers general admission to visitors who can tour the exhibits at their own pace. It also offers its guests a variety of upgrades and special event opportunities to capitalize on the unique space. Some fan favorites include VIP guided tours and animal encounters such as animal feedings and touch experiences with the marine life.
It hosts multiple conservation and sustainability programs. It facilitates school groups, summer camps, group sessions, has a gift shop, accommodates private events, weddings, birthday parties, and a myriad of other events in its ample rental space. Additionally, there is a full-service restaurant, bar, misted patio, and large landscaped courtyard with a fire pit and fountain on the property and is the only riverside dining experience in the city. The aquarium and restaurant host a number of award-winning, sold-out seasonal events, and experiences both inside and outside the property.
The Aquarium’s property is being leased with a long-term favorable rate lease. The building has gone through major renovations and upgrades in recent years and is continuing to improve facilities.
